These terms govern your use of the public website at vozops.com (the “Site”). VozOps is a commercial brand of Cyboring Technologies LLC. By using the Site, you accept these terms.

Informational purpose — no offer

The Site describes a governed managed-service model for operational AI agents. Site content is informational. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer, a statement of current availability for any specific agent role, a price commitment, or a guarantee of capability, outcome, uptime, or result. Agent roles are made available only through qualification and a signed written agreement, and only within the scope that agreement defines.

Assessments and inquiries

Submitting a workflow assessment or a contact inquiry is a qualification step. It does not obligate Cyboring Technologies LLC to propose, build, or deploy anything, and it does not obligate you to purchase anything. VozOps may decline any workflow — including for scope, risk, jurisdiction, or fit reasons — at its sole discretion.

No professional advice

Site content is not legal, financial, tax, medical, security, or regulatory-compliance advice. Decisions that require such advice should be made with qualified professional counsel.

Engagements are governed by written agreements

Any service engagement is governed exclusively by its signed written agreement, including its scope definition, service boundaries, usage allowances, support terms, and data-processing terms. If Site content and a signed agreement differ, the signed agreement prevails for that engagement.

Acceptable use

• Do not submit unlawful, deceptive, or malicious content through Site forms.
• Do not submit personal customer data, credentials, payment details, or other sensitive or regulated data through the Site.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or circumvent the Site’s security or submission controls.
• Do not scrape or reuse Site content in a manner that misrepresents VozOps or its service boundaries.

Intellectual property

The Site, including its text, design system, brand marks, and graphics, is owned by Cyboring Technologies LLC. The VozOps name and mark may not be used to imply endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without prior written permission.

Third-party services

The Site is delivered through third-party hosting and content-delivery infrastructure. Their operation is subject to their own terms and availability.

Disclaimer

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cyboring Technologies LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the Site or reliance on its content. This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and it does not apply to the terms of any signed service agreement, which contains its own provisions.

Governing law

These Site terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cyboring Technologies LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The governing law of any service engagement is set out in its signed agreement.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with a revised date.
